We are small hobby breeders located near Atlanta, GA. We have owned and enjoyed Golden Retrievers since 1986. We began showing Golden Retrievers in 2002 when Daisy entered our lives. At Amate' Golden Retrievers, our goal is to improve the breed with beautiful, healthy, versatile golden retrievers that can succeed in the breed ring, obedience, agility and field work. But first and formost, we breed for a loving family pet. We breed for temperament, structure and athleticism. All of our breeding dogs have hip, elbow, heart and eye clearances. Our dogs and puppies live in our home with our family. Puppies are born in our kitchen and live with our family until they go to their new homes.
