The client shall be responsible for booking with the handler any show in which they wish their dog entered. In the event a client withdraws a dog from a show after the close of entries, the client shall pay to the handler any fees relating thereto, unless otherwise arranged.
The client shall be provided with marked tear sheets, prizes and ribbons as soon as possible after each show.
If for any reason, the dog requires veterinary attention, the handler has full consent to take the dog for immediate care. Any fees charged by the Veterinarian shall be reimbursed to the handler. Although every precaution will be taken to avoid any incident, the handler cannot be held responsible should any ill fortune befall your dog. Any special diet requirements or supplements are at the owner's expense. All instructions to diet, will be carried out by the handler in full - by the owner's request.
10% interest WILL be charged on all overdue accounts
Although the handler will make every effort to show your dog every day, conflicts do arise. It is with authority that the handler chooses a suitable replacement handler for any conflicts. The owner may request a certain person of choice and every effort will be made to accomodate this request. Full handling fees are still in effect.
