Contracts are signed when the puppy goes home. A copy of my contract will be emailed to you before you pick up your puppy. Please read it carefully and ask any questions you may have.
I always reserve the right to decide who receives one of my puppies. Finding the right home for each puppy is of utmost importance to me.
Show quality puppies are ALWAYS chosen first and their placement takes priority over the choosing of pet puppies. This is in part due to the particular requirements for show puppies. Show quality puppies are ONLY placed in approved homes where I feel they will be shown. All puppies are sold on non-breeding agreements. If the dog receives all it's final health clearances and conforms to the standard without any disqualifying faults and obtains a title, the non-breeding contract can be lifted.
All puppies wear different coloured collars and are tracked and observed by their collar. This process has proven over time to be the most successful way to place puppies in homes well suited to their individual temperaments.
If none of the puppies available are suitable for your needs, you may wait for the next litter or go to another breeder. I am always happy to make referrals to other reputable breeders.
Puppies usually will go home between 8 - 9 weeks depending on when I am able to determine which puppies are potential show dogs and if the pups are mature enough to go home.
I prefer not to ship my puppies but arrangements can be made under special circumstances.
Buyer is responsible for any costs involved in shipping of a puppy/dog including shipping costs involved if the puppy/dog is returned for ANY reason. This includes show puppies that are unacceptable to the buyer for any reason. This includes but is not limited to air charges and crates.
