Welcome To NiLee Fox Terriers
The smooth fox terrier is an active, intelligent companion dog. They are generally a happy dog who loves being with their families and are always ready to play but will also settel down to have a nap in you lap or next to you. The exceptions to this, while they are not hyper active, they are also not couch potatoes. They are keen hunters and of a curious nature which can be hard to kept home unless they are restricted from running free. The fox terries are very smart and quick to learn, they love all performance activities, earth dog, obedience etc. and are only limited by their trainers. The smooth fox terrier may not be the breed for everyone but it has been the breed for me. Having shown a number of other breeds, its been the fox terriers I have truly enjoyed. I have been showing and breeding the smooth fox terriers for over 20 years now, and with that have enjoyed many champions. I have just recently add the wire fox terriers.
