SCOUT finished her Junior Hunter title and had some gundog stake placements at field trials.She campaigned during the 1993 year in the show ring. She had two Specialty Best of Breeds and many Sporting Group placements.She ranked in the middle of the Vizslas Defeated Top 10 for that year.She produced a specialty Best of Breed son (sired by Ch. Jilar Parker A-one Special, JH) who has three all-breed gundog retrieving major wins in the field trials, Ch. Paradox Furj Raketa.Her other offspring were Ch. Dealt a Queen ss Paradox, JH, Ch. Paradox Scout's Honor , Ch. Paradox What Else,JH and Ch. Paradox Butch and Bird Dance,JH.
GINGER won the first Vizsla Club of Michigan Specialty in 1988. She had multiple homes and after 11 years of age she came back home to finish the rest of her long life at Paradox Vizslas.She completed a Junior Hunter after 11 years of age. She could hunt for hours until 16 plus years of age.She was 16 3/4 years old when we let her go to her happy hunting ground.She spent many seasons with her former coowner as a hunting club dog guide. She loved hunting the best. At 12 years of age she hunted too hard in deep snow(her choice) and tore her achilles tendon. It healed and she regained that beautiful running style that found every natural edge that no other dog could see but her. She produced Dual Ch. Zekiel Regel of Kent who also produced a Field Ch. Ginger's other Champion offspring were Ch. Paradox Blew By You and BISS Ch. Paradox Dances with Birds,JH .She had a daughter Tizsa who was a flyball competitor for many years owned by Pat Diefenbach.
BUTCH is the typical male Vizsla that will reform the "only want to own a female Vizsla" in his temperament and personality. BUTCH finished his show championship and junior hunter title breeder/ owner handled.He is currently living withour friends who have two female Vizslas.He is living a very good life flying from Florida to Michigan to follow the weather.Harbor Springs Michigan and Palm Coast Florida are his daily beaches with an inground pool to cruise in beyween the romps on the beach.And they said they'd never have a male Vizsla.Well they don't, BUTCH owns them.
MIMI was a dog with a pedigree bred to produce.She was more bitch than was showing in the show ring, so we knew that as her pedigree could produce better than her, that she would be better suited as a brood bitch. She had early field trial gundog potential but her false pregnancies were a disadvantage for performance. She had multiple placements as a gundog and was an excellent hunting dog.She acquired the systemic fungus blastomycosis and survived due to newer therapies, her competitive career in the field was affected. We bred her three times to refined males and her progeny were good male and female type Vizslas.She was bred to Ch. Great Guns Riding High, CH. Reilloc's Tyke,CDX and National Field Champion 1982, Dual Ch. Cody's Dark Star owned by Charles Spalding of Hawaii and Idaho.With their progeny "Mimi" was awarded a Vizsla Club of America Registry of Merit(ROM)
"Chase" was bred by Nancy parents Bernard C. and Hilda R. Boggs. She is our first stud puppy from a Paradox bred male. Nancy handled Chase to her show title and had a specialty 5 point major along the way.Her field career was handled by Bernard C. Boggs. "Chase" was a strong field trial competitor and was called back for a few first series along the way."Chase" was bred to Ch. Paradox Chatos Star before he was exported to Australia and produced three show champions. BISS,CH. Effervescent Ginger Snap,JH carrried her field abilty to the next Dual CH. generation.
