A children's book called Maddie Finds a Best Friend has been written about 2 of my Springvale Golden Retriever puppies. They are now 4 years old.Their mother is my Belle and their dad is Kathy Kehoe's Cruiser. The book follows Maddie and Tobey with 96 full color, high quality photos of the 2 dogs and their adventures. Maddie tells the story of going to live with Boyce and Marjorie Rogers. Maddie becomes a therapy dog and takes agility lessons. She goes to schools and loves the children. Maddie is lonely until her very own brother Tobey comes to live with them. The dogs become best friends. They play and never fight. Then the family and dogs have an Awesome Adventure, going to Florida and meeting alligators, manatees, pelicans and many dogs. They swim at the beach and go to a restaurant.
