If you are interested in a puppy from an upcoming litter, please fill out the questionnaire, with one of the required references, to be a veterinarian. (Please let your vet know that you are interested in a Golden or Cardigan puppy, and that it is alright for me to call them as your vet reference.)

I have no more than 2 litters a year. There is a lot of time, thought and effort put into each breeding, starting months before the breeding takes place. If you want a companion, take your time and investigate whom ever you're getting your puppy from. The Sire and Dam should have current OFA hip and elbow clearances, done after the age of 2 years, as well as their heart & eye clearances. The eye clearance needs to be done every year, and shouldn't be more than a year old. Ideally, visit your breeders, and see how the dogs are taken care of. This speaks a thousand words. You should also be able to see at least the mother of the puppies. Sometimes outside sources are used for the Sire.
