The above photo shows Jarrah at the 2000 TASMANIAN COLLIE AND SHETLAND SHEEPDOG CLUB champ. show being handled by my good friend, Petra Hakvoort, of Kazzahki Shetland Sheepdog Kennels.
Jarrah began her show career at 14 months of age when I begged my friend, Leanne Tinsley, of Kgari Kennels to allow me to take Jarrah to the 1995 VICTORIAN COLLIE CLUB champ. show (VCC). Up until this time Jarrah had only been shown twice as a baby puppy. Jarrah took JUNIOR IN SHOW at the VCC that year under Judge, Denise Grace (Jaymlyn Collies, N.Z.). She returned to Kgari Kennels but was not shown and then to my great delight, at the end of 1996, Leanne allowed me, under lease, to breed Jarrah to N.Z. Ch. Jaymlyn Ultimate Issue (N.Z. IMP). Jarrah gave me CH. BAQILODGE HATS OFF and BAQILODGE HEART AND SOUL (who went to live at Pintado Collies). At this time Leanne agreed to allow Jarrah to stay with me, for which I will be eternally grateful. Thank you so much, Leanne.

She has a beautiful balanced outline with all the correct curves in all the right places - a beautiful chest. Lovely turn of stifle and lovely short hocks. She moves very well from the side despite her lack of desire...A mature bitch full of class."

She is also the Grandmother of BOTH the dog and bitch RESERVE CHALLENGE winners and the INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW winner at the TASMANIAN COLLIE AND SHETLAND SHEEPDOG CLUB Championship show in 2000 and the CHALLENGE, RUNNER-UP BEST OF BREED, INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW winner at the same show in 2001. 2002 her grandson was CHALLENGE DOG and RUNNER-UP BEST OF BREED again while her son was RESERVE CHALLENGE. Her daughter was the RESERVE CHALLENGE BITCH and RU-BEST OF BREED at the March 2003 show. August, 2003 at the TASMANIAN COLLIE AND SHETLAND SHEEPDOG CLUB championship show her (nearly) 7-year-old son was RESERVE DOG CHALLENGE AND BEST OPEN IN SHOW
July 2002 her grandson was 3rd in Aust. Bred Dog at the VICTORIAN COLLIE CLUB SHOW Champ. Show and July 2003 her daughter was BEST JUNIOR BITCH and RU-BEST JUNIOR IN SHOW at the VICTORIAN COLLIE CLUB Champ. Show.
