Achievements:
I consider Meika to be the best collie I have bred. She is extremely well balanced with wonderful movement - great reach and drive and holds the most level, steady topline. She covers the ground with such ease and grace. She also has a lovely head with good planes, correct ear set and a sweet expression, good quality coat that fits her outline and to top it off perfect behaviour. (I don't think I have even raised my eyebrows at this little girl let alone my voice as she is such a gentle, pleasing soul).
However, Meika came in a size 8 instead of a 10. I know they say all good things come is small packages - this was certainly the case with Meika. Because of her size she is not shown.
Meika did give me lovely, mischevious Tessa, (BAQILODGE FAIRYTALE) but as she had difficulty with Tessa's birth she was not bred from again.
She's my pride and joy and my small scale example of a "good collie".
