It has been a heartbreaking time of late, losing my precious girl Cello, Grand Ch Clairedoree Luv to Dance CD. She achieved so much in her life but her greatest achievement was her wonderful joi de vivre, up until the last day she sparkled. I had a wonderful birthday at the beach where she swam & rolled in the sand to her heart's content! Always dancing in my heart Cello.
Also, born within weeks of Cello, my other lovely boy, Charlie, Ch C. Destiny has left a huge hole in the hearts of Jan & Keith. We had such wonderful show times together. Also litter sister Bess, C. Desire, the loss for Mary & Stuart. Thankyou for giving my eternal pups such wonderful loving homes for their 11 years. Now off running free with Dee & Rufus at Rainbow Bridge.
Clairedoree goldens now enjoy life in Cookernup, a small rural town overlooking the Darling Range in the beautiful SW of WA,2hrs sth of Perth. Having moved from Golden Bay, where we were off to the beach every day, then to the hills in Gidgegannup, we're now back nearer the beach, the bush & more importantly, the grandchildren!(2 legged). More cows here (Harvey Fresh;o)than kangaroos!
Chris & I had our very first Golden,Skyedale Blitzer, just after we were wed
& living in West Auckland, Co Durham,
before emigrating to WA.
After some years (& a few mad cocker spaniels)
we decided to get another lovely Goldie.
Jessie (Dancingate Tarsus Carol) joined our family as a pet & went on to
become the foundation bitch behind my 8
Clairedoree Champions & G.G.Grandam of our first Grand Champion.
She left us last year at the wonderful age of 15.
Jess, you'll always be my first champion.
