Cosmic Goldens is located in Friendswood, Texas on about 4 wooded acres. We have air-conditioned kennels attached to the house with access to runs and large fenced areas where the dogs can get plenty of exercise. Being wooded, there are plenty of rabbits, 'possums and squirrels to ensure that they get the exercise.
Cosmic Goldens was formed in the year 2006. While we are a new as a "kennel" we have been involved in dogs all our lives. Our love of goldens started in the late 70's with a dog that we named "Taffy" and continued with one of her puppies, "Samantha". After a short and wonderful experience with Kodi, an Alaskan Malamute, we locked in on goldens as our breed of choice and began to get serious about showing in conformation and and competing in obediance. Obediance has been limited because of our time investment in conformation. We hope to get back into obedience and other performance trials as soon as we can.
We owe many thanks to Diane Mueller of Goldstorm Goldens for all of her guidance and support. She has been an excellent mentor for us. We still look to her knowledge and experience for breeding advice. Diane also handles our dogs for us in conformation. She is great with the dogs and has put a championship on Colt, Mocha and Maverick.
