Achievements:
Jake gained his Australian Champion title at 16 1/2 mths. He was only lightly shown, winning his first Challenge and BOB as a Minor. He has Runner Up Best In Group and Classes In Group and In Show to his credit. Like his uncle Dusty, he does well under specialty judges. He will only show occasionally now as he prefers to be a homeboy. However he is showing great promise as a stud dog with his first daughter,Topsy (homebred out of Chelsea) already making her presence known in the showring. Another daughter, Lachlana Dream On(blue roan) is currently being show by her owner, Helen Roberts of Glenbeigh cockers and doing well. Jake has two litter brothers and a sister in the show ring, both boys have their Aust.Ch.title. Aust.Ch.Lachlana Special Edition(owned by Stephen Thompson) has had numeruos Best In Group and Runner Up Best In Groups, won Junior AOC dog at the 2000 Cocker National in Brisbane and Reserve Challenge dog at Melbourne Royal,Sept.2000 Aust.Ch.Lachlana Hallmark(owned by Mrs.M.Markotany ACT)has had multiple Group wins and was also Best In Show at the Cocker Spaniel Club of ACT Oct.2000 Champ show. A half brother to these dogs, our Bobby, Lachlana Stormy Seas, is proving himself in the ring and is nearly titled at 14 months.
