nova scotia duck tolling retrievers are the smallest of the retrievers a versatile intelligent breed tollers excels in the show ring obedience agility also in the field one of our toller's is a therapy dog. due to their easy train ability i believe the toller is capable of doing any sort of work you ask of them.we have been the proud owners enjoying tollers as companions since 1991. edenvalley is a ckc registered kennel the origin of our name comes from the eden valley cumbria england. my husband was raised in a small village along the eden river before we came to canada in 1989.our small country kennel is located outside the village of embro ontario canada our acreage enables us to give our dogs lots of free runs which also provides great sniffing for puppies to explore,our occasional litter puppies are placed in selective forever homes on a ckc non-breeding contract. we strive to produce quality puppies that are healthy well socialized with gentle temperaments and winning personalities. our tollers live in our home as part of the family each toller has that important ‘couch time’ we believe in living life with our tollers not around them we want our tollers to be family members first working companions second.our breeding dogs obtain ovc/ofa certification on hips and elbows, eyes are cerf cleared prior to selective breeding
