DEPOSITS FOR RESERVING PUPPIES

No puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been received. Deposits are
non-refundable unless something happens to the puppy before he/she is shipped.
The balance for the puppy along with all shipping charges must be received by the
time the puppy is 9 (nine) weeks old or the deposit will be forfeited.
We do offer shipping in the USA and Canada. I ship with American Airlines out of
Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you live in Canada, I can ship to Vancouver with Continental and
to Montreal and Toronto with American Airlines. Additional shipping charges may apply if shipping
outside of the Continental U.S. All puppies that require shipping will be shipped in a new plastic
crate pet carrier which is yours to keep. All puppies are microchipped before going to their new
homes. Attached to the outside of his crate witll be a packet containing his medical record and
a vaccination schedule, and a copy of the guarantee(for your records) and will have his vet check and health certificate, which is required before shipping.
Puppies are sold in the order of deposits received to hold. Remember, we get a large
volume of e-mail about available puppies and there are sometimes several people
interested in the same puppy. To be fair, the puppies will be sold to the first qualified
person that sends a deposit to hold the puppy. NO puppy will be held without a
deposit.
It is not fair to us or the puppies who become emotionally attached, to leave them for
an extended period of time. After 30 days we reserve the right to resell the puppy
to a new owner and all monies will be returned, less the $150 deposit.
THE PUPPY MUST BE EITHER PICKED UP OR SHIPPED BY THE TIME HE IS 9 (nine)
WEEKS OLD.
If you live to far away to pick up your new baby, we do deliver anywhere in the continental United
States. We use American Airlines delivery service to deliver your new puppy. The
compartments are pressurized and maintain a temperature range from 50-70 degrees
Fahrenheit.
To date we have never had a bad experience shipping any of our puppies.
The pups handle the flight much better than we do while waiting for them to
arrive. They are treated well by the airline personnel.
If you choose to have your new puppy flown to it's new home, American Airlines is
specifically designed to provide a quick, safe delivery of household pets. American
has a Cargo facility which is separate from the hustle and bustle of the main airport.
Which is nice for the puppy as it is usually quieter than the rest of the terminal. Your puppy
would be flown out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. We make all reservations for your pup, so that all you have to
do is be at the airport to pick up your new family member.
There are specific regulations that have to be followed by the airlines before they can
allow a pet to fly and these include but are not limited to:
Veterinary Health Certificate
Certificate of Acclamation (45 degrees Fahrenheit)
Proper immunizations for age
Airline approved/animal safe shipping crate
Outside ground temperatures are also a factor when shipping puppies. Some airlines
will not ship if the temperatures are below 20 degrees and over 85 degrees. What this
can mean is very early or late flights during the summer months and occasional
cancellations and rescheduling of flights. Sometimes your
puppy's arrival can be delayed due to unexpected temperature changes. We make
every effort to insure that your puppy gets to you when we book the flight.
If your puppy is being shipped, you will need to bring along an I.D. and sign that you
received him. I also suggest that you bring a towel and or baby wipes in case your puppy
has an accident in the crate before his arrival. Also, you will need to bring a bottle of water.
Your puppy will have water when it is shipped, but he may drink it all or it may spill. Please
have fresh water for his arrival.
Puppies must be paid for in advance. We accept cash and Paypal for deposits and for final payment.
WE MUST HAVE YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING OF THE PUPPY.
If shipping, please either send me a quick email or phone call on the day you receive your puppy, just so that
I know he/she made it safely to you.
