| (2) As of the date of this agreement, to the best
of our knowledge, our puppies are in excellent health. All shots and
worming will be current to date. Some puppies may stress due to shipping
or change in home or change in water and food, because of this they can
experience minor problems such as diarrhea, parasites, coccidiosis,
giardia, as well as car or motion sickness. Sometimes these conditions
will need to be treated by a veterinarian. The dog or puppy will be in
good health and free from any obvious defects prior to leaving our home.
If the puppy is being shipped it will be checked within 5 days prior to
leaving by a licensed vet and will have a health certificate issued by
that vet. After receipt of puppy you have 72 hours to have examined by a
licensed vet. If in the opinion of your veterinarian this puppy has any
health defects which are life threatening, you may within 72 hours from
the date of purchase return the puppy to seller at the purchasers expense
for full credit towards another puppy of equal or greater value. The
guarantee is by replacement only. To make claim under this provision you
must return the puppy to the seller with ALL PAPERS including a statement
from your vet showing the date of the examination and all reasons why they
believe this puppy should be replaced. MINOR HEALTH PROBLEMS THAT CAN BE
TREATED WITH MEDICATION OR MINOR SURGERY ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS GUARANTEE
AND DEPOSITS WILL REMAIN NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS ILLNESS OR DEATH OCCURS
PRIOR TO BUYER TAKING POSSESSION.
VET BILLS AND TRANSPORTATION TO SELLER
ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
NOTE: There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidioses,
Parvo after 10 days, cherry eye, bacterial infections, cancer, tumors,
thyroid dysfunctions, allergies or problems as a result of injury are not
covered.
Note that if a puppy or a dog is sold or given away with no
guarantee by Graceland Kennel, or sold as is, which we do with a lot of
our retired breeders, then there is NO GUARANTEE IMPLIED AS THE CONTRACT
STATES. The above 72 hours does not apply. Also if you sell the puppy to
another party then our guarantee is null and void!! Note: Our guarantee
is only to the person which has purchased the puppy direct from Graceland
Kennel. |

(7) Purchaser understands that the
deposits are non refundable if they fail to pay the balance of
the puppy by 8 weeks of age unless other written arrangements have been
made between seller and purchaser.
(8) Purchaser agrees that if anytime they are unable to care
for or keep this puppy or dog, that they will return the puppy or dog
regardless of age to the breeder at their expense, unless worked out with
seller to be picked up. For no reason will this puppy or dog be
surrendered to any Human Society or Animal Kill Shelter. The seller has
the right to recover the animal in the event that the puppy or dog is
mistreated or not cared for at any time. |
