Responsibility for the Health of The Puppy will be yours, as the buyer of the puppy you will have a Ten Day Health Guarantee from date of sale. Plus a one year Life Threating genetic guarantee from date of birth. Shipping and ear cropping are not part of this Guarantee, and will not be refunded..
This guarantee is Void should the buyer fails to have the puppy examined within the 10 day period...
EXAMINATION!!!! is ESSENTIAL at the earliest possible time to have your puppy checked by your Veterinarian, ( Not an ASSISTANT.) if your VETERINARIAN finds a live threating health problem with your puppy, Please have him contact me, and send a written statement, stating what's wrong with the puppy, If the puppy should die while in your care .( you Must have it examined by a Licensed State Lab, Not your Veterinarian) and have an AUTOPSY to determine what's the cause of death, within the 10 day period. or one year on life threating Genetics. Exchange it for another puppy of equal value. Provided the puppy is returned within the 10 day period. If another Puppies not available at that time , Or when one comes available of equal value .
There will be no refunds of any money, only exchanges. Deposits are non refundable ( as I have turned down other buyers and have saved the puppy in Question and have lost a home for that puppy). And will have to advertise to find a home...Which is an added expence.
Breeder will not replace puppy for any reason, but not limited to allergy,mortality,land lord disapproval, disagreements of family or any other problems not related to health, especially ear cropping. That is an elective ( cosmetic surgery and doesn't have to be done.)That procedure is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Nor for any puppy illness caused by neglect, evidence of abuse. exposure to weather, injury, chocking, poisoning etc. No warranty or guarantee is made to the disposition, life span, size color, show quality..
Breeder will not be liable for any Veterinarian bills, or any expenses, including shipping, replacement puppy or other genetic defects. If a puppy should be replaced within the first year from birth. Buyer must return the puppy with the genetically Life threating defect along with documentation to receive a replacement when it becomes available. No replacement will be made at any time on a deceased puppy until an autopsy is preformed to determine the cause of death. and must be preformed by an accredited institution of a licensed state lab. not you Vet..
Retained testicles, hernia's etc. are excluded from this guarantee. Only for a Life threating problem..
It is understood at the time of this sale that this puppy is not considered to be of show or breeding quantity , However is a good Representative of it's breed and is structurally and temperamentally suited as a pet..
Buyer agrees to accept responsibility for the health and well being of the dog for it's lifetime. This includes Financial Responsibility for any and all Veterinary Expenses regardless of the cost..
These Puppies come with a Spay and Neuter contract and a LIMITED REG.( Which means your buying this puppy as a pet, not a breeder.) Unless arrangements have been made in advance, to get full reg. Additional money will be added to the pet price..
Integration:
This agreement is fully integrated and represents the entire agreement of the parties. Any representation not express herein are of no effect.This agreement does not include kennel cough, Worms, mites, cocci or Guardia, or any other parasites, as they are common in puppies and dogs,and are easily treated. They can contract these from your water, soil, boarding facility and are treatable..
Your puppy has had it's first set of shots, been wormed frequently from 2 weeks until sold; Puppy can only be returned for life threating conditions only!!!!!
This Guarantee is Void if buyer fails to maintain annual check-ups with a qualified Veterinarian,.This Guarantee is non Transferable..
Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request of breeder.You as the buyer of the puppy have read, understands and agrees to the above..
